Refund and Return Policy

Legal Entity: SAFEBIT TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD

1. Software Licenses (Digital Products)

All Software License sales are final and non-refundable, except where:
a) the license key is invalid or defective, and
b) SafeBit is unable to provide a working replacement.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • activated or redeemed keys,
  • incorrect product/version selected by Customer,
  • incompatibility with Customer hardware or OS,
  • change of mind or non-use,
  • delayed activation by manufacturer servers.

2. Replacement Procedure

If a key is defective, the Customer must provide proof within 7 days by submitting:

  • order number,
  • screenshots/logs of activation error.

If validated, we will:

  • issue a replacement key, or
  • process a refund if replacement is not possible.

3. Hardware Returns (If Applicable)

Hardware returns are accepted only if:

  • item is defective on arrival, or
  • incorrect item was shipped.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Hardware must be returned:

  • in original packaging,
  • unused and undamaged,
  • with proof of purchase.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
